One tap paints the fleet. Pick a theme here and it becomes the fleet-wide setting — every app that obeys this switch wears it on its next open. This page wears the pick instantly, as the preview.
✅ BRIDGE — obeys today. The switch writes into its own theme record, the same field its picker writes.
✅ NAV — obeys today, the same way.
🕐 Every other app — adopts the shared key one ship at a time (queued). This page never claims an app obeys before it does.
🎛️ Per-app pickers still work. A theme picked inside an app wins for that app — until the next pick here, which is the master control and overwrites both records.
